Mascot and Cheerleader Appearance Requests

Requests must be submitted a minimum of 3 weeks in advance for consideration and must include the following information:

Parking must be available as close as possible due to equipment required.

Mascot Appearance Options (Please check the appropriate box).

Option A: Sponsor/Community/Charity Rate
$70.00 per mascot for the first hour, which includes one-hour in costume, travel within Winnipeg and preparation time. Each additional hour is $35.00 per mascot. (7% GST will also apply)

Option B: Commercial Rate
$100.00 per mascot for the first hour, which includes one hour in costume, travel within Winnipeg, and preparation time. Each additional hour is $50.00 per mascot. (7% GST will also apply)

For travel outside the Perimeter, the following travel costs apply to all appearances;
$20.00 per hour travel time
$0.30 per kilometre from the Perimeter
